  • The curricular data and your professional profile for the selection processes will be kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months. If after this period we have not contacted the candidate, their data will be deleted from the database.
  • The data for the management of queries and requests will be kept for the time necessary to respond to them, with a maximum period of twelve (12) months, unless the contracting of services as a client derives from these.

6. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

At any time, the user may exercise the rights of access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, the removal of data that is no longer necessary or when any of the other cases of GDPR, to oppose the use of their data for reasons related to their particular situation, as well as to the limitation and transfer of data  in accordance with the conditions provided in the GDPR, by means of a written communication indicating the reason for their request, together with a copy of their ID, addressed to the same address as that in the 1) paragraph of this policy. 

In addition, at all times the user also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the corresponding Control Authority that corresponds in each case.
